Writing & Workout Stats: Jan 19

I don’t always do yoga, but when I do, it makes me feel good. Actually, with the intense MS I did yesterday, it’s probably a really good thing that I did a bit of yoga afterwards to loosen my muscles.

I took a couple days break from doing my workout. As I posted earlier this week, on Wednesday I hurt my knee. On Thursday  my knee was feeling much better, but I started having bad dizzy spells and some super uncool exhaustion. I started feeling better yesterday afternoon and decided to try to make up for my crappy performance the two previous days.

It’s okay to take a day or two off–especially if your body is asking for it. You just have to make sure that you return to the routine afterwards.
