    1. Thanks for checking out my blog and commenting! I try to average about 6-7 hours/week, but don’t keep to strict averages. At the very least, I try to get in 15 minutes of jogging each day, and usually only completely skip when I’m ill or injured, but there have been a few exceptions when apathy and lethargy take over.
