Writing & Workout Stats: Sept 10-16

In the past week, I’ve edited about 5 pages worth of material–it’s not much, but at least it’s progress. Unfortunately, I left my files and exact numbers at my office at work, so I can’t give a more accurate account of my editing/writing activities. Did pretty decently with the exercising this week, though you can’t see how much I ate. For the most part, over the past week, I pigged one day and did good the next. I blame Greg’s Birthday for some of it. Birthday calories don’t count, right? Back on track with the calories this week. I’ve done well the past two days and will keep it up!

  • MS: 0 mins
  • Cardio: 1 hour

September 16

  • MS:  30 minutes
  • Cardio: 45 minutes
