Greg and I first hiked Duke’s Creek back in November. We were wearing warm clothes and I even wore my super-awesome owl hat. We decided to return and see how much the trail changes over the seasons. Duke’s creek is a relatively easy hike down a mountain, but it’ll wear out most people on the climb back up. The trail is well maintained. It’s a 2.2ish mile round-trip. There are multiple creeks that converge at the bottom, the convergence of about three waterfalls. It’s a beautiful sight to behold, no matter what time of year it is.
